Jem Ham's dreamlike artworks are meticulously detailed. As well as a creative powerhouse, he exhibits a high degree of technical perfection in his large paintings. This requires the photographic reproduction of his work to be at least as exacting to capture every last detail and nuance of colour. The photography process results in image files that can be printed even larger than the already very large artworks without loss of detail. The last three images are cropped details of the original images to show the high resolution achieved.
